Michelangelo, often shortened to Mikey, is one of the four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT). He is easily identified by his orange mask and signature weapon, the nunchaku. In most iterations, Michelangelo is portrayed as the carefree and humorous member of the group, known for his love of pizza and playful personality.

Michelangelo's first appearance was in the animated TV show Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987), cementing his role as a core character in the TMNT franchise. Voiced initially by Townsend Coleman, Michelangelo's portrayal leaned heavily into comedic relief, establishing his catchphrases and signature "cowabunga!"
